Menindaklanjuti pengumuman hasil Seleksi Program Sarjana (S1) Masukan Non-SLTA Program Alih Jenjang (SPAJ) tahun akademik 2019/2020, calon mahasiswa baru Universitas Negeri Malang wajib melaksanakan Registrasi dengan ketentuan berikut.

1 30—31 Juli 2019 Mengisi Form Biodata Mahasiswa Baru UM secara online melalui http://registrasi.um.ac.id
2 30—31 Juli 2019 Pembayaran UKT di bank BRI, BTN, BNI, Mandiri dan CIMB Niaga (tatacara pembayaran dapat dilihat di http://support.um.ac.id/topic/epayment)

pukul 07.00–13.00 WIB

 Melakukan registrasi administrasi di Gedung Graha Rektorat UM dan tidak boleh diwakilkan, dengan cara:

  1. Menyerahkan berkas registrasi administrasi yang meliputi:
    1. Bukti pembayaran dari Bank;
    2. Lembar Validasi (dicetak melalui laman http://registrasi.um.ac.id);
    3. Fotokopi Akta Kelahiran/Akta Kenal Lahir (1 lembar);
    4. Fotokopi Kartu Keluarga (KK) (1 lembar);
    5. Fotokopi Ijazah dan Transkrip yang telah dilegalisasi (masing-masing 1 lembar);
    6. Surat hasil pemeriksaan kesehatan (asli) dari Puskesmas atau dokter pemerintah untuk semua mahasiswa baru. Bagi mahasiswa yang belum memiliki surat kesehatan dari puskesmas, tes dapat dilakukan di Poliklinik UM dengan biaya sebesar Rp 15.000,00;
    7. Biodata Mahasiswa Baru Universitas Negeri Malang (dicetak melalui laman http://registrasi.um.ac.id dan ditempel pas foto 4×6/standar ijazah); dan
    8. Surat Pernyataan Mahasiswa (SPM) Universitas Negeri Malang (dicetak melalui laman http://registrasi.um.ac.id) bermaterai Rp 6.000,00
  2. Melakukan foto (berpakaian kemeja/blus rapi dan bersepatu), dan mengambil Kartu Mahasiswa.
4 8 – 14 Agustus 2019 Membuat kontrak matakuliah dan Registrasi akademik di Fakultas
